Revenue from corporate matching is an important source of income for OHFF. Thousands of organizations match gifts of employees to public charities. The specific rules vary from company to company, but in most cases the employer matches contributions dollar-for-dollar up to a stipulated amount. Some companies may match double or even triple the amount given by the employee. To initiate a matching gift, the employee must complete the matching gift form supplied by his/her company and send it to OHFF along with his/her gift. OHFF will complete all additional paperwork required by the company. The process is very simple and the additional dollars to OHFF are significant!
